2.4 juan3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the juan3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. juan3 may close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. juan3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 KYC Verification. juan3 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. juan3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. juan3 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. juan3 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending security checks or verification of compliance with these Terms.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the juan3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. juan3 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.
5.1 juan3 may offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be stated in the applicable promotion details.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 juan3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All bets placed on the juan3 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots). These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.
6.2 Finality of Results. The results of all games and sporting events are final once confirmed by the relevant game system or official result provider. juan3 will not reverse settled bets except in cases of manifest error.
6.3 Manifest Error. In the event of a manifest error (e.g., an obviously incorrect price or result), juan3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. juan3's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by juan3 at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juan3 Platform:
juan3 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the juan3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of juan3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8.3 The juan3 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of juan3. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of juan3.

9.2 juan3 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and juan3 cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.3 juan3 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juan3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 juan3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juan3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 juan3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 juan3 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or government actions.
11.1 juan3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) any other reason juan3 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, juan3 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, juan3 may forfeit the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting juan3 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
12.1 juan3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
12.3 juan3 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to access the Platform during their exclusion period. However, it is the player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the juan3 Platform shall first be submitted to juan3 customer support for informal resolution. juan3 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, juan3 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
14.1 juan3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, juan3 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
